• H - Design houses (the house floorplan make an H)
• I - Design houses (Ranch- style typically Scandinavian house design) The concept consist of sections A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H which can be combined according customer demand
• Ø-Design houses (The house has a very unique 3D roof design. The concept consist sections: A on 95 m2, sections B - C - D - E -F-G-H are each 27 m2
• X-Design houses (3 D roof design with roof windows as standard) The house can be combined with the same sections as the Ø-Design house according customer demand. The X Design houses can be delivered as "0" energy houses with 550 mm insulation in the roof and 450 mm in the walls
• R - Design Houses (non detached town houses)
• E - Design Houses (2 storrage houses)

The Design houses can be delivered with the following surfaces: Spruce - Jatoba Hardwood - Rended or with Brick stones mounted on the building place

Loghouses are delivered in two very different concepts as elements or as massive loghouses:

The new and very unique "THB loghouse concept" is a elementhouse, with the benefits of: very fast erection time, low energy house, look like a massive loghouse and has visible outside corner connections of solid wood in 185 - 185 mm. Inside the customer can decide if he want wood or regips wall design or a combination, the concept consist of A section of 95m2 and sections - B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K of 27 m2. The price on this concept is very competitive

The massive loghouse concept "Anholt" can be delivered in Roundlogs as 18 and 20 cm massive or in Squarelog in the dimensions 102 - 160 - 180 - 200 - 210 - 230 mm. If the are demand of heat insualtion of the logs it is done on the building side and the erection of the houses, is done log by log on the building side. The customer can on the Anholt concept 100% make his own dream house and price is calculated based on the used wood for the house and nothing else
